USSOA Officials’
Observation Program

Opportunity to be observed by the best

The USSOA maintains an Observation Program allowing members to be evaluated by trained professionals to help improve individual performance. Observations are designed to provide feedback to members at all levels of the high school game to help improve and enhance their officiating skills. Observations may assist the official with level or postseason advancement.

Submit the Observation Request Form and $75 fee to initiate the process.
